Meet the Founder
Khokanuzzaman Khokan is a passionate software engineer and freelancer, specializing in Android app development, React Native, and Flutter. He is currently working as a Software Engineer at Square Health Ltd, where he has been an integral part of various mobile projects.
In addition to his full-time role, he actively works on freelance projects, creates coding tutorials, solves programming errors, and teaches HTML and CSS through structured courses. He played a key role in the “Jotno” mobile team and successfully launched the app on the Google Play Store.
In 2025, he founded Rising Developer with a mission to empower aspiring developers through practical learning and mentorship.
